Baptist Health is a faith-based, mission-driven healthcare organization comprised of Baptist Medical Center Downtown, Baptist Medical Center Beaches, Baptist Medical Center Nassau and Wolfson Children's Hospital - Jacksonville's only children's hospital. Baptist Health's services include a state-of-the-art cardiology and cardiovascular surgery program, a comprehensive cancer center, an orthopaedic institute, a women's resource center, an extensive psychology and psychiatry program, outpatient facilities and a network of primary care physicians throughout Northeast Florida. In 2005, Baptist Health opened Jacksonville's first hospital of the 21st century, Baptist Medical Center South, a 92-bed facility that will serve communities in southern Duval and northern St. Johns counties. Baptist Health is the official healthcare provider for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
